This
system was designed to track communications problems between
employees and the insurance companies. As a employer many times
your employees have to take valuable time to call and settle
insurance issues during company time. They have to call during
company time because that's the only time they cal be reached.
Many times the problem is between one of there dependants and
not them. To eliminate this problem was the purpose of this system.
Start by tracking each different company and all of the insurance
programs that will be offered to the companies employees. Assign
employees to each company with each and every dependant in that
family and each of there personal choices of insurance programs.
Then the system will track each and every issues that is presented
between dependant and issuance company. Track the time needed
to solve each problem.
